Shilpa Sathi – Single Window Services for Large Industries.Shilpa Sathi comprising representatives of various Departments / Directorates of Government at West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation (W.B.I.D.C.)’s office provides single window application services to the entrepreneur for doing business. Representatives from the departments of Labour, Fire & Emergency Service, Power, Irrigation & Waterways, Pollution Control Board & Kolkata Municipal Corporation attend the Single Window Cell office. The Cell facilitates expeditious disposal of matters relating to clearances of various Government Departments/Authorities for setting up industrial units in the State.
